Portland has had some rain and wind recently, thankfully some of it at night, during the day it has helped the plants and grass with some respite from the heat, but the stormy weather has also cleared the air well leading to some nice sunsets and skies like above.
The weather also seems to have brought the fishermen out in droves along Chesil beach, possibly the fish coming nearer to the shore with the rough seas, leading to some good catches, I do like to see stormy weather here on Portland.
The days are getting shorter now, the second half of 2009 is here already!
