Portland Bill accommodation choices

Recently I have had a few people mention that they are looking to come to Portland Bill for a short break, maybe a weekend of discovering our beautiful little island, after all, there is no where quite like it.

No matter which way you look at Portland, it's a unique and interesting place...

Very easy to see why it appeals to people who want something different for a break, holiday...and with a variety of things to do here it's got something for everyone.

Naturally the topic of Portland Bill's accommodation choices came up with regards to a place to stay and interestingly the types of accommodation we have here, of which there is a pretty good variety, it's not all hotels and bed+breakfast's on Portland.

Although there are indeed a few hotels and plenty of B+B's to choose from, there are also holiday cottages and flats dotted around the Island as well as a few Inn's which also take holiday makers, it really depends on what you want and your budget.

If you really want to push the boat out and get the best views you could choose the very well placed Portland Heights hotel from which you get to see that stunning view over the fleet and towards Weymouth.

Portland being fairly small in size, means no matter where you stay you are never far from shops, places to see and do things, we also have a range of activities to occupy your time from sailing, windsurfing, diving, to rock climbing, walking, and for the nights we also have a small theatre, plenty of pubs, places to eat out and more.

I am sure there is a perfect accommodation for your needs should you choose to come and visit this gem of an island.

Should you need any advice or help, you only have to ask and I am happy to help however I can.

P.S Edit to add... before you comment please read this very important post about how portland-bill.com could help your small local business.

    Others...

I would like to point out the page above you see in the bar under the picture... "advertise here".

No offence but this comment section is not for advertising your business and the links you shared are never live in the comments here, although your name link is, it's not passing juice in the same way. I won't have the comments turning into a spam section.

If you know the value of getting a backlink and such from a website or blog, you will understand why I am saying this and giving you solid advice there. ;o)

    Hope you understand that?

But you are always welcome to comment and ADD to the conversation.
    Thanks.

    Rob.
